This is an intelligently designed gazebo replacement canopy top cover for most standard 12' x 12' two-tiered gazebos. This 12' x 12' polyvinyl top cover has a two-tier ventilated top construction. The top tier measures 36" x 36". The opening on the bottom tier is 30" x 30". Between the top tier and bottom tier is a functional mosquito netting that allows the replacement canopy to expand upwards and to allow wind gusts. This expansion capability allows this replacement canopy to fit two-tiered 12' x 12' (144" x 144") gazebos. The functional mosquito netting between the two tiers keeps annoying insects from entering through the top of the gazebo. The top tier attaches to the bottom tier with a custom designed velcro seam. Reinforced corners and easy Velcro attach tabs per side make it easy to install on existing gazebos. Brass grommet holes are built in for water drainage. This canopy does not have corner pockets for roof bars to be inserted (i.e., SunJoy). Fastening is provided by velcro straps.

I purchased this top to replace the original one that ripped in the first year. This top was a perfect fit for my 10x12 Sears Bristol Collection Canopy. I immediatedly noticed the difference in the quality of this top. It was a thicker material and had more velcro fasteners on it. The top is very durable and can withstand heavy rains and winds.As a matter of fact during a wind storm of up to 45mph-50mph winds the top frame came off and bent and broke in several places.Much to my surprise the canopy top had one small tear in it wear one of the velcro strips had ripped off.The rest of the top is still in great shape if I decide to purchase another of the same type 10x12 Canopy from Sears..If your frame is still in good shape,then this top is great purchase for you..
